All articles published in "Archiwum Kryminologii / Archives og Criminology" are published under the CC-BY open license. By submitting a publishing proposal, the authors agree to grant a free, non-exclusive and territorially unlimited CC-BY 4.0 PL license, if the article will be accepted for publication in the biannual journal.

The submitted (preprint) version of an article is the author's version that has not been peer-reviewed, nor had any value added to it by Editorial Board of Archives of Criminology (such as formatting or copy editing).
